Today marks the day America became one unified country. A long duration of fighting and building peace in cycles finally came together when our forefathers signed the declaration creating in the United States - a massive moment in human history.


Without getting too much into the importance of independence day, we at Atomic Strength see no better way to celebrate our years of hard work - creating a country that we can all be patriotic about, than through an intense workout.


The Workout

This workout will be one that will require your hardest effort - to be honest, it could be the most difficult workout we have shared with you.


If you can get through this workout we are confident in you as a hard-working American that can be proud of their training and their country.

Things to Keep In Mind

Before you jump into this workout you should understand this is build for those who are conditioned well and have a decent amount of muscle density.


Personally, I do not believe this workout would be best for a beginner - I mean, power cleans are pretty difficult to get right. If you are a more advanced athlete, here are some of the important notes to keep in mind.


Use Your Rest Times

This workout is set up with longer rest times than you may be used to. Two minutes is in nowhere a long rest time in strength, but this will ensure that you are always training to near-max capacity each set.


Train Intentionally

This workout is merely a guideline of how I think your training session should be structured. You might find that by changing the sets or lowering the total reps that you get more strength from it.


Use this workout as a guideline for your training session and train intentionally.
